House Rules

There is no smoking in or around the property including the porches and backyard. Smoking is permitted at the street.

Upon check out, guests must:

1. Remove sheets and towels and leave in laundry room.
2. Remove all trash from rooms including kitchen, and place in outside trash can. Trash pick up is on Fridays.
3. All items are to be removed from refrigerator and discarded.
4. All doors and windows to be locked and thermostat set to 65 in the winter and 75 in the summer.
